We are thrilled to have you as a client and be a part of your profound self-healing journey. This 3-session program places a strong emphasis on self-improvement, emotional and energetic clearing and cultivating your spiritual, emotional and mental abilities so that you are prepared for the amazing ceremonial experience ahead. Our goal is to offer guidance and support to assist you in preparing for a sacred ceremony; however, ultimately, the responsibility for your actions and decisions lies with you. The results and outcomes of the 3-session program may vary from person to person. Each individual’s healing journey is unique, and your progress may be influenced by various factors such as soul contracts and spiritual evolution to date, personal commitment, readiness and ability to support and follow through on change, follow through with a comprehensive dieta, current health and spiritual awareness, and external circumstances. While our sessions are intended to promote emotional and spiritual well-being, it does not guarantee complete resolution of all physical, spiritual or psychological conditions. It is essential to continue seeking professional help for any specific health concerns or emergencies. Jemal is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner, and therefore the services provided should not be seen as a substitute for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or medical provider. Jemal does not present these services as a form of healing, healthcare or psychotherapy nor a replacement for your prescribed dieta or any other advice or guidance from other third parties. Additionally, please be advised Jemal is legally prohibited from making any claims regarding health benefits. By following the preparatory guidelines for dieta, you set yourself up to maximize the benefits from encountering this sacrament and/or ceremonial experience. The diet, or dieta, is one of the most important practices in both preparing for sacred ceremonies, particularly ayahuasca and other related ceremonies, as well as for maximizing the benefits of integration following the ceremony.

This service acts as additional support for your dieta and reinforces this critical preparatory stage and does not replace any other recommended programs, services or support. We recommend, you follow all recommendations from the retreat center or provider(s) you are working with as part of your ceremonial experience. Before we begin, we kindly request that you carefully read and acknowledge the following disclaimer. By booking a session, course or purchasing this 3-session program, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as in our Private Session, Group Session, Training and Program Disclaimer, Legal Notice and Disclaimer, Consultation Agreement, Terms of Service, Payment Terms, Privacy Policy, any other relevant policies and disclaimers.________________________________________General Terms

1. Release of Liability

By signing this agreement, I hereby release and hold harmless Jemal Mihalik, One Feather Ventures LLC, One Feather Wellness & Consulting and One Feather Rituals, as well as their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and contractors, from any and all liability, claims, or demands, including but not limited to those arising from my mental, emotional, or physical well-being during or after the services provided. This release applies to any actions, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the services outlined and agreed upon, both now and in the future. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and agree to take full responsibility formy actions and decisions regarding my health and well-being. I understand that individual results may vary.By purchasing a session/program/course, I acknowledge that this session package is designed to provide me with support while I prepare for my ceremony and, if applicable, while I follow a prescribed dieta. It does not replace medical treatment or advise nor the protocols outlined by the facilitator, center, retreat or other third parties involved with my ceremony nor is it affiliated with any third party or make claims about the outcome of my ceremonial experience.

2. Acknowledgment of Website Terms and Conditions

By booking a session, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice and Disclaimer, and any other relevant documents available on the website at Onefeatherwellness.com and OneFeatherRituals.com. These documents are incorporated into this agreement by reference, and my booking of any services and purchase of any related products affirms my acceptance of these terms.

3. Results Disclaimer•

•No Guarantees: Results may vary from person to person. We guarantee that we will provide the highest quality service using current knowledge and techniques for modalities such as the Compassion key, Reiki, Energy Healing, Remote Viewing, Psychic “Surgery” & Psychic Readings, Sound Healing, Shamanic Journeys & Healing, Herbal Consultations & Remedies, Meditation, Coaching, and other services offered by One Feather Wellness & Consulting. I acknowledge and understand, these services are not intended to diagnose, prescribe medication, or treat any disease or medical condition and any products used or recommended have not been evaluated by the FDA nor as they intended to diagnose, prescribe medication, or treat any disease or medical condition. I understand there are no guarantees made and am proceeding without any expectations regarding outcomes. Always consult with your doctor for medical concerns.•I understand that successful completion of this 3-session package and any additional sessions does not guarantee immediate or lasting results or guarantee a particular outcome or experience before, during or after the ceremony (or ceremonies) I am preparing or planning for.

•Complementary Nature: Energy healing, sound healing and related services are widely recognized as valuable complements to conventional medical care, but they are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. Further, I understand the services or products offered by Jemal and at One Feather Wellness & Consulting and One Feather Rituals are meant to be complementary to the dieta and any other preparation protocols outlined by the center, organization, facilitators and/or other relevant third-parties directly involved with the ceremony I am participating in or plan to participate in. In no way shall the services and/or products from One Feather Wellness & Consulting, its affiliates or service providers be construed as a replacement for the protocols assigned to me or for any medical advice, treatment or care.

4. Scope of Practice

•Qualifications: I understand that Jemal is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical professional. The services provided should not be considered a replacement for advice or services from a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or medical doctor.

•No Health Claims: By law, no health benefit claims are made regarding the services offered, and no physician-patient relationship is created. The services are not intended for psychological counseling or medical treatment.

•No Medical Treatment: I understand I must consult with a medical professional for all medical related questions. I am advised to consult a medical professional prior to my participation in a ceremony, particularly for any ceremonies involving plant medicines or other ingredients that may have medical or psychological implications.

•Professional Advice: I understand Jemal, One Feather Wellness & Consulting or its affiliates, consultants and service providers do not provide professional advice in any field, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal guidance. The content and information presented on the website and during sessions is intended for inspirational, informational, and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or consultation. If I require specific advice or assistance, I will consult with a relevant qualified professional. I understand the content and information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

5. Payment Terms

•Fee and Payment Schedule: I authorize Jemal, on behalf of One Feather Wellness & Consulting, to collect a fee per session or program. Payments are due in full prior. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the session.

•Non-Refundable: I understand that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. My dedicated commitment to this work and the journey at the time of booking is necessary.

•Payment Processing: Jemal and One Feather Wellness & Consulting are authorized to process the payment due by charging any credit cards provided by me.

6. Confidentiality

•Privacy of Information: All personal information shared during the session, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, and personal details, will be kept confidential.

•Exceptions: There are situations where confidentiality may need to be breached, including if the information is subpoenaed by a court, if disclosure is necessary for your safety or the safety of others, or if you have provided prior written consent for sharing information with other professionals.

7. Terms of Service and Participation

•Participation: We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience.

However, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any program (live, recorded, social media-based, or digital) or session without a refund if you:

•Become disruptive or difficult to work with.

•Fail to follow the session or program guidelines.

•Fail to follow any other terms or conditions of service.

8. Responsibilities of the Participant

As the participant, I understand and agree to the following responsibilities:

•I am the sole creator of my life and will take full responsibility for my actions and choices.•I will attend all private and/or group sessions fully alert and free from the influence of drugs or alcohol.

•I will make full payment in advance for each session and notify the practitioner at least 24 hours in advance via the telephone number provided if I am unable to attend a private session. I will leave a message alerting the practitioner of the cancellation and email my practitioner if I am unable to reach them via telephone.

•I will be open and authentic during our sessions, allowing my practitioner to support my journey toward health and well-being.

•I will respect the process and my practitioner, making the most of each session.

•I will maintain open communication and let Jemal know if I am feeling unclear or concerned with the process.

•I understand that the results of these sessions are influenced by my actions, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, and I take full responsibility for maximizing the benefits of each session.

•If I attend an in-person session, I will maintain confidentiality of the location of the sessions where applicable and honor the sanctity and privacy of the space.

•I will respect the rules and healthy boundaries of other program participants when attending group sessions, including refraining from any behaviors that may be disruptive as well as honoring the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.

•Because the preparatory diet should not be taken lightly, particularly because I can seriously endanger myself by failing to honor the dietary and other precautions, I will follow the dieta given to me by the retreat, shaman or center where the ceremony will take place and follow up with any medical professionals as necessary to ensure I am fully prepared for the ceremonial experience.

•I acknowledge Jemal and One Feather Ventures LLC, One Feather Wellness & Consulting, One Feather Rituals, its affiliates, consultants and team members do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party centers, facilitators, retreats, and any other third parties. When I access these third-party sites and/or engage in their services, I do so at my own risk.

•On social media, I will only post positive things about the program, products and services. Any concerns will be raised directly with Jemal for resolution.

•I understand that this is a business relationship, and that romantic suggestions will not be tolerated. Sessions and my participation in the course will be cancelled immediately, without refund.

9. Responsibilities of the Practitioner

The practitioner agrees to:

•Approach each session with empathy, understanding, and professionalism.

•Maintain open communication and transparency about the process.

•Encourage questions and provide clarification as needed.

•Support my growth with positivity and guide me through the process, understanding that no results are guaranteed.

•Follow the protocols and guidelines of coaching for my well-being.•Refer me to other professionals if my needs fall outside of their expertise.

•Maintain confidentiality as outlined above.

10. Termination of Service

The practitioner may terminate services or programs if:

•I fail to make timely payments.

•I attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

•I engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

•I misrepresent, malign, or take other actions that may undermine the business operations and public image of One Feather Wellness & Consulting, One Feather Rituals or its affiliates, the services or products received, and/or the work performed by Jemal and/or One Feather Wellness & Consulting, One Feather Rituals or its affiliates, team members and consultants.

•I fail to maintain confidentiality, for example failing to uphold confidentiality of other program participants.•I am convicted of any criminal offense (dependent on type of conviction).

11. Guarantee of Results

While services offered in these sessions have a high success rate, results cannot be guaranteed. The effectiveness of these sessions depends on various factors, including the client’s commitment, follow through and willingness and desire to make the necessary shifts. Additionally, we shall not be liable for any aspect of the ceremony itself—pre, during or post ceremony or the outcomes of participation in said ceremony(ies). Our service is merely to provide additional preparation support and we are in no way liable for the actual dieta, facilitation of the ceremony, integration or any other aspect of the ceremony.

12. Waiver of Dispute Rights

I waive any right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims regarding any payment made to Jemal, One Feather Wellness & Consulting, or One Feather Rituals. This includes disputes claiming fraud, error in purchase, failure of service delivery, or any other grounds for dispute. I agree not to engage my credit card company, bank, or any other financial institution in disputing any payments made for the sessions/program, as I have given my full consent to the charges outlined in Section 5.I waive any right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims regarding the ceremony I am participating in or any other aspect of my ceremonial experience.

13. Digital Signature Acknowledgment

By booking a session or program with us or purchasing any of our products from us, you acknowledge that your action constitutes automatic acceptance of these Payment Terms, the Disclaimer, and all other related terms outlined on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Consultation Agreement. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and any future updates. Your booking serves as your digital signature, which is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature for all purposes related to this agreement.
